On-the-Go Review: Maybelline Pulse Perfection Vibrating Mascara

My review on the new Maybelline Mascara. I bought it for $12.50 at WalMart. I did apply one too many coats, so it does have that spidery look to them. But otherwise a very good mascara. Looks already long and thick after the first coat.
